    'Quote" and "Delete" options

Pardon my being so obtuse, but I no longer see the "Quote" option on posts.
How do you quote from a post?
Also, the "Delete" option seems to be "now you see it, now you don't".
    What's the score?

I can help with the first part. I just figured this out myself and was glad to know how to do it. If you hit the "Reply" option in the bottom right corner of the post you wish to quote, rather than the "Reply to Thread" or "Quick Reply", then you are presented with just that particular reply and given the "Quote" option at that point. I don't know if that explanation is clear or not, but give it a try and you'll see what I mean.

You can only delete the post if there are no replys...

    Or your reply.....

    Re: 'Quote" and "Delete" options

MikeMc, thanks for your reply. Are you saying that if my post is the last on the thread, I should be able to delete it? If so, this does not appear to be the whole story. For instance, I have the last post in two testing threads, but no delete option.

(Edit): So far, this post still has Delete Option. I'll watch to see what happens.

The delete option did not re-appear on my edited post. I'll leave this post intact, and watch to see what happens.

The delete option disappears after 10-15 minutes, then it becomes "permanent".  You can contact Admin and ask for the post to be deleted or you can edit your post by removing the text.  Unfortunately, the box that held your post will remain on screen.
