Just noticed the thread. Those '62-'64 Impalas were great and your build brings back great memories. Thanks for the build.

...I confess, I missed this topic also.....Great build, the "Detail" is outstanding. What color is the body?

Beautiful, as usual, plumber! Love the color and the interior! Did you use decals or paint all those emblems! Great detail and it looks like a good kit. Did you have any issues with this kit as I have this one to build in the closet. May have to move it up on the list after seeing yours! Great job!

Fantastic work. It looks like it could drive off on its own.

Thanks for the comment Henri ! This is like twilight zone stuff here, about 6 or 7 pages down, this same post is there with about 8 comment on it. It must have been double posted ! Thanks for bringing it up again !

Thanks JR ! No issues with this one at all ! All emblems were painted, I like to paint them over using decals when ever I can get away with it.

Body was painted with Model Master Nassau Blue lacquer, clear coated with Duplicolor. The paint looked kind of flat alone, the clear coat brought it to life!

Attractive build, Bill. I especially like the colors and contrasting interior blue hue. That makes it appear more authentic to the 1.1 vehicle. Your attention to the details (wheel covers, emblem color inserts, etc.) is another thing that makes all of your builds exceptional. One of my favorite "Chebies" of all time. Fury3
