Whats the one that I have? I'm not home right now so I'm not sure. Mine is the "Street Burners" I'm not to up on the Mustangs but the one I have is the one with the different front end. Where the bar that is in between the grill and the lights goes off on a slant rather than stright up, if that makes any since???Maybe mine is an 07. I'm kinda on hold right now with the kit because I'm looking for some other wheels/tires.

The Revell '07 Shelby GT500 box art shows a Shelby in white w/ blue stripes.   It's in the 'Street Burners' series (what a lame name, Revell :( )

The Revell '08 GT500KR kit is in the 'Special Edition' style box (like the '69 Nova, '68 Charger, '70 Mach 1) and has a blue w/ silver stripes car.   They must be out, there is one on the usual auction site.

Main outward differences seem to be the different hood and wheels on the KR.

I just came off of towerhobbies web site and it is now out also stevens international has it on thier site as out now.

KR is out today. New decals, lower grille mesh, hood. NEW tires, for the NEW larger wheels!!! Still chrome plated:rollseyes: Comes in "special edition" box like the charger. At a new special price of $20. Lame kit. But cool.

I've seen it listed at my favorite online vendors for $15.xx-16.xx, which isn't that bad, though the '06 Shelby kit goes for $11.xx.  I'll have to get one and the '08 Bullitt when it comes out.

I just ordered one from the LHS, should be here by the end of the week :) I'm gonna do a KITT version...it's a cheesy show, but I still watch it! LoL

 I just noticed. There are also Super Snake decals for the wheelhubs. But no rocker decals, or quarter window vents. I wonder if revell is going to pull another shelby model out of this kit, down the line.
