We are currently investigating this problem with another member. If you could please provide some information it would help as we are attempting to identify and correct the issue.

What Browser platform and version are you running? Internet explorer 7, Fire fox 2.0

Who is your internet provider?

Is your Java and Java Script currently enabled?

What version of Operating System are you on? Windows XP? Vista etc...

When you reply how does the text editor look on your screen? If you could take and send screen captures of what you see it would help us to diagnose the problem. Send to agaudynski@kalmbach.com

To take a screen capture on a pc, press the "Print Screen" button on the top right of your keyboard and then use "Control+V" to paste the image into the body of an email.
