The use of photo etched parts

This is a rookie question, but how do you use photo etched parts such as wipers and radiator fans? Do the parts always need a resin backing of some kind to give it some stability?

The best ways to install etched metal items are with epoxy or super glue. I prefer to use the gooey type because it can fill gaps from behind. When you install other items, like trim or scripts, I use clear enamel to bond. to a painted surface. Hop this helps some. WOLF

I want to be a race car passenger: just a guy who bugs the driver. "Say man, can I turn on the radio? You should slow down. Why do we gotta keep going in circles? Can I put my feet out the window? Man, you really like Tide..." http://public.fotki.com/BigPoppa/darins_stuff-1/
