Don't know if anyone does them actually. Some manufacturers do decals for seat patterns which are printed onto a clear carrier film which shows the colour you painted the seat through it. I suppose a leather pattern could be done in a similar way, but i wouldn't think it would look as effective as there'd be no texture. Try detail master though, as that's where i saw the woodgrain and fabric decals online. There's loads of threads about leather interiors, and as i found when i asked how to do it, there's loads of techniques, ranging from paint to using real leather, all of which look cool.

I'm not aware of anyone who makes decals that emulate leather, but there is excellent text in Gerald Wingrove's first book about how to recreate leather facing on scale models.

If I had a life-size world atlas, i'd never have to go anywhere, but i don't know where i'd keep it.

There is an article in the current issue of Scale Auto or Fine Scale Modeler, I forget which one. It has some detailed instructions how to make real leather seats.Big Smile

I'm using real suede on my current build. It's real thin stuff and you can get it at just about any fabric store. It comes on a thin paper backing and only cost about $1.50-$2.00 a sheet. They also have this stuff called pull-n-stick fabric. Most of their patterns are flowery but they do have a few plain colors. You may want to give that a try also.

Take a photo of real leather, reduce it in size, and print your own decals

I use semi-gloss paints to simulate leather, there's no texture to speak of with leather and vinyl for that matter...in scale
