I took another look at scale finishes web site and the medium blue is called medium blue so is the dark blue marlan blue or harber blue?

I don't believe Marlan Blue was ever a 57 Chevy color, Harbor Blue Poly is the color you are reffering to.  You can find the exact shade as a lacquer in Model Car World finishes (MCW), link is here: http://www.mcwautomotivefinishes.com/paint/catalog.html.
