Anybody have any luck with vinyl color spray paint?
Posted by JEePgUy on Monday, April 20, 2015 12:28 AM
I just started using the paint a few weeks back, and I had some good results.Actually I started using the stuff,by accident.I've got a thousand different flat blacks spay cans laying around.I went to grab, what I thought was a Satin/Flat can,and grabbed the vinyl paint instead.Yea,great story...Anyway,the trick is to spray it on nice and thick. Then you can run pattern lines while the paint is drying.(a stick,a knife, whatever)you can get them anywhere....There's lotsa cooL coLorS.
Good luck
Hope this helps.

I grabbed the wrong can when I was a kid & ended up with a '57 vette that looked like it was made of vinyl. cool color, but it sure looked & felt funny. I still have it somewhere.

Is this another post where the originator will never reply?

I do realize what section I clicked on. I was merely commenting on my experience with vinyl paint & how I goofed as a kid by using it on a body not knowing what the results would be. thought y'all could use a laugh.
