Using car windshield repair kits on 'kit' glass...?

Just watched a video and it got me thinking..If these kits could be used to 'fix' damage in kit glass being brittle etc.Always thinking of unusual uses for stuff.Cool

You could try it, but what I meant was kit glass is plastic, not glass.

You're better off replacing the kit glass with thin plastic sheet in most cases anyway.

Kit glass is almost always far too thick, wildly out of scale & distorts everything when you look through it.

Unless your glass is a strange shape, it's easy to replace with clear sheet plastic.

If you are just trying to restore the glass with scratches furture floor polish will fill in the scratches and clear it up. it's liquid acrylic.

I like to work just as much as I don't.
