Spraying Clear
Posted by SW Erdnase on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 1:14 PM

Hello all,

I have a question about applying clear with the scoop on the hood or separate. I painted the hood and scoop separately but didnt know of I should clear them that way or glue the scoop on then clear.

Thanks on advance for the help.

I would have glued the scoop to the hood before paint.  That way, the scoop and hood will match exactly.  In this case, go ahead and glue to scoop to the hood, let it dry and then clear it.
