Here's a 1/24th scale shop I have been working on and adding to for a couple of years now. Many of these accessories have been handcrafted and spare parts from various kits. Building this scale shop has created hours upon hours of fun and brought much more enjoyment to this hobby. It also has created a great place for photographing my models.

The crew has been cleaning the place up for the tour... Enjoy!!!

A well guarded shop...

Meet "Spark Plug" the wonder squirrel.

I am now in the process of creating electrict boxes and outlets for more detail.

New automatic tranny complete with converter.

Racing engines and gaskets.

Stock of carbs and manifolds.

Handcrafted office furnature.

Hope ya enjoyed the tour and gathered some new ideas!!!

Beautiful diorama, or is it a real shop with photoshopped plastic people?  The detail is simply outstanding and it is primarily Mustang and Ford, can't go wrong there.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!

I love the Dio and the work is spectacular but if I had a suggestion , it would be that the figures are too glossy. I know this is a problem as we deal with it in the model trains all the time. Maybe a dusting with talcum powder and soft brush. IMHO Thanks , Mike

Stangfreak....Having built several garage dios myself I really can appreciate the amount of detail you included in your garage. The success can be seen by viewing each picture several times and spotting things you didn't see before. You nailed it by incuding open drawers, boxes, stickers, labels, tools and all the little details that add up to an outstanding diorama.Thumbs Up

I do sincerely wish to thank everyone for the compliments and tips. It does mean a great deal coming from such skilled and talented modelers who are members of this site. I am glad you all enjoyed the tour as I hope to give back as much of the enjoyment, ideas, and learning experiences as I have acquired from here.  Thank you all once again!!!

Yes, fifer, those glossy people drive me crazy sometimes...LOL... I picked up some matte finish craft spray I am going to try on them.  THanks again!!!
