Help with 1/12 Honda RC166
Posted by Tracy B on Tuesday, September 07, 2010 11:13 PM
Hi gang, I just started this Honda after it's sat in my cabinet for quite a while. When I opened the box, I found a small correction sheet. The original instructions call for some of the engine pcs to be painted in a 1 to 1 mix of copper and red brown. The correction calls for this to be changed to a 4 to 1 mix of titanium gold and red brown. Where I'm stumped is the way this correction sheet is interpreted. It shows a 1 with a squiggly line and a 4. This is followed by a 10. (all numbers are white on black circles) I'm reading this to mean, this color change applies to all parts that were to be painted in the first colors (copper and red brown) in steps 1 thru 4 and in step 10. does this make sense to anyone or have I gotten it all wrong? Any help will be MUCH appreciated Tracy
