Lincoln Mint Road King

A decade ago, Testors was making some really nice diecast kits. Amongst the die cast car kits were unbuilt 1/6 engines from Liberty classic and three really large heavy diecast 1/6 scale Harley Davidsons. Retail priced over $100, I don't think they sold well. This is the 2004 Harley Davidson FLHRI Road King. They also had a FLHRCI Road King, which has simulated leather side saddles and the FLHTCUI Ultra Classic Electra Glide, which has everything. This one was used and opened when I won it at auction, but I got it cheap and it was complete. Overall, it was straight built from the box. Some holes had to be enlarged and some were off center. For some reason, the front fender marker lens was tinted red. I stripped it with alcohol and re-stained it amber. The Instructions were vague and I had to look at on line pics to determine build sequence. It took about 20 hours to build and overall I'm happy with it. Here it is, pictures aren't great, but you can see it.
