Not quite a chopper , built to represent the beginning of custom motorcycle ideology.

The model is from Italeri's 1/9 WW II Motorcycle. Fun to do especially the paint work.

Why can't I stand to slap these things together like I did as a teenager? On the bench 1930 Packard 734 Speedster Victoria, 1932 Duesenberg J Judkins Coupe, 1934 Ford Cabriolet, 1926 Ford Model Ts-the complete set of all six bodystyles.

Art : I have had this here before , redux is just a way of sayin' "here it is again"

I can see the pix , I changed the last one ,now they all show up for me. Photobucket antics ,I guess.

Some times they dont show up ,prolly to do with file size.

The model is in 1/9 ,sharp eye to see the 1/12 honda chain. I did get test shots of my own p/e from Eduard to produce my own chain kits in 1/6 and 1/9. Mine are on the left:

Very excellent Crow!  What kind of pen did you use for the black pinstripes?  I'm having problems doing strips like that on my AMT Fiat build.

Later...

The black pinstripes were laid out in Corel at the same time as the masks. They are made with the Testors Decal System kit. The masks were cut from low tack sign vinyl on my cutter:

The pinstripes are printed out and cleared over . They were applied in pieces , the joints are invisible on the model.
