See the U.S.A. in your 1961 Chevrolet Impala

Here's my latest creation for 2004. It's Lindberg's 1961 Chevrolet Impala. I painted the roof with a Toyota Frost Blue laquer and the rest is polished plastic. It's box stock with exception to the fan, water pump and generator which I replaced with a unit from the 1963 AMT Corvette custom 427 engine. (The Lindberg parts were destroyed.)

Very nice Urs...

Picked up my first Lindberg kit a couple weeks ago, the '64 Dodge 330. Seems like a nice kit despite the box illustrations.

61 impala has always been one of my favorites. you did a great job on yours!

I went to a "gentleman's club" because the sign said they had all the hottest models. I thought it was a hobby shop. Man, was I ever disappointed.

What more can I say. You do such beautiful work.
I'm hopelessly addicted to building models. Not finishing them, just building them.
