That looks phenomenal - super work! I wish these were available in styrene! To get that good a build out of resin... Super Respect, my man!

Grzegorz, I encourage you to post some photos not only of the finished model, but some in process photos so we can see how you do such a superb job at these models.  This one is awesome.  

 

Show us some photos of the casting or modifications before you paint, that would be awesome for this modeling forum.
