This isn't technically a new kit, I built it about 10 years ago, but I looked at it about 2 years ago, and thought, nah- it's not up to my current standard. Quite alot of orange peel paint, so I stripped it down ready for repaint, but then realised I won't have any badging or decals, so left it dismantled for 2 years until today, when I found it,dusted it off, and then just took the risk of flatting the paint. I went very carefully with wet n dry around the decals. T-cut, polish and then polishing cream to finsih off.
I had to be careful because I couldn't remember how many layers of laquer it had. Luckily, I didn't go through.
So here it is looking shiney. Not perfect, but then again, it is just an old build spruced up  abit.

I don't get why Fujimi did little with this kit except make the GMC version. I wish they carried on making these small american people carriers. It is a fabulous very detailed kit.
