57 Chevy convertible

This is the new Revell kit. Went together very well, the only thing I had to miss off sadly was the gold lettering decal on the aluminium rear fender trim. It seemed to small compared to the molded on raised lettering so when you put the decal over it, it was out of line and looked a mess.
Anyway, very pleased with this, even though pale blue isa common colour for one of these, I wanted to recreate the one I had on a picture on my wall as a kid.

Exemplary work as always arcturus. I recently purchased an original Monogram kit (from  1977) of the '57 Bel Air coupe. I will use your build as an inspiration and an example when I build mine.

Absolutely beautiful 57 Chevy.  Looks like it is ready to pick up a date for the prom.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!

Beautiful! Seeing the skirts and connie kit I feel like I'm eight years old again! Excellent work, as always. Are those blue dots in the taillamp lenses? Thanks for giving us insight into this release.

Nice looking 57. Classic colours.
