This is a reasonably well detailed kit by Tamiya.  It took me quite a while to determine the model year since Tamiya didn't indicate one and the real car has been in production since 1935 and still available today.  Luckily, I found enough information to eventually determine it is a 1975, 76 or 77 model.  Once I knew that I was able to find detailing pictures only to find...the kit is detailed enough to not need very much.  I added wood decals to the chassis since Morgan uses plywood floors to this day but I forgot to take any pics of the chassis.  I added plug wires, electrical wiring and brake lines but once the kit is built it all gets lost since the car is so small in 1/24 scale.  The real car is actually two feet smaller than my '92 Miata :)

Fun kit.  I painted mine to look like one I found in a book that was advertized as a 1978 so close enough :)

The paint is craft store metallic rose with a clear coat of Revive-it (Future).

She's a very nice build, and the wire wheels really top it off.  They're even better looking than those supplied in Tamiya's MkII Jaguar racing version kit.  Are these kit supplied or did you go to the aftermarket?  Thanx, and cheers.

A beautiful looking Morgan. Very nice work and interesting colour. I really need to get one of these kits.
