1976 Cadillac

I bought this built up. It was painted bright yellow originally, but this looked a bit nasty.

So I repainted it triple blue. Luckily the previous owner did a lot of really nice detail for me,such as a club sticker in the front windshiled, tiny emblems in the tail lights and a chrome C D badge on the grill ...(presuming thats Canada) and even though the car was yellow, he had put a blue sun shade across the top of the front screen, which was useful.. I had to scratch build the door mirror and hood ornament.

Perfect color choice. A lot of these had a similar look. The very pale yellow ones with the matching top and interior were also surprisingly attractive. A bright yellow would not give the soft, luxurious appearance of the pale yellow. That color obviously had to go. Thanks for sharing another big beauty!

I wouldn't have minded a nice pale yellow. But this was bright yellow. It was.....different to say the least.
