Third time lucky for this one. I built it when Modelking first re-released it. I first painted it light green but stripped it down a few years later due to the paint going thin. I repainted it cream but never finished rebuilding it. So I stripped it down again as I wanted repaint it green again. So here it is.

For the vinyl roof effect I used thin plastic strips for the seems, and then sanded it down to soften them a little, and then sprayed it satin black. But I needed the texture, so after about 30 seconds of painting I tapped my finger on the wet paint and kept tapping until it started drying. Only took about 2 munites to fully dry and my endless fingerprints had created a nice vinyl texture.

Door mirror is scratch build.

Lovely looking car and a neat little trick for the roof.

Feelings are like scents: The more they are analyzed, the worse they smell.
