1971 Chevy Nova...My First Car
Posted by Classic Plastic on Saturday, March 10, 2018 1:48 PM

This is an actual photo of my first car. 350, 3-speed, 2 barrel, single exhaust. I had just turned 16. The car had 15,000 miles on it. Previously totalled, bought and re-built by a friend of mine. I paid him $1700! Wish I still had it..... Feel free to post your first cars and replicated models. Thanks for looking!

Sorry to say, but your Photobucket is not working.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!

I agree with the above comments. Nice ride, especially for a first car, and good looking replica. Very cool!

Really great job.  Captured the 1:1 very nicely. Yes

Just keep picking away at it...

I love seeing 1:1 replica builds.  You must make a decal of your 1:1 tag!  My first car is tooled (71 Baracuda) but I need a 318, some rust and fading green paint!
