52 hudson. Done. Pics.
Posted by TnT on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 6:19 PM

Here is my 52 hudson that i am trying do a really good build of. One more coat of black and the body should be done. I did add brake lines and throttle linkage.

I usually do not build by the box art, but these colors work. Do not think this is an actual paint scheme from what i read.

Impressive work, TNT, the deep red interior should look great with a black body, and your chassis weathering looks spot on.  Cheers.

Love the chassis detailing. Is it drybrushed or some other method? I'm doing a 51 fleetline and have been trying some weathering with cosmetic sponges.

You did an awesome job with quite possibly the most difficult color to get a satisfactory result with (I'm jealous), way to go Yes

Your Hudson is gorgeous. The paint looks great. Nicely done.

Thanks. The red was kind of easy compared to the black.
