Heres my 66 riv started the resto project body is stripped and primed chassis and eng not being touched 

this is just a quick body and interior resto still havent decided on a body color or a vinyl top

Heres some progess pics of the 66 Riv almost done just waitng for some photo etched badges and a windsheild       "Think you guys are really gonna like this one when its done"

Oh wow, another absolute irony; you did this one in the exact color combo as my '66 I did a few years ago. Great minds think alike? I hear this color on the 1:1 cars, known as "Riviera Plum" is actually quite rare.

Thanks again chuckyboy at the time of the 1st builds for this one and the 69 guess i didnt pay much attention to all the great detail on these bodies & interiors think ive come along way since then thanks to all the knowledge picked up from the forum and its members Thanks again   Yes

Nice work so far!
I owned a nice '66 Riv when they were just cheap old cars, it was one of my favorite cars ever. Not only handsome styling, but also a joy to drive.
Just one thing... nice work on the scripts, but I remember the GS lettering had red inside the letters, only the edges were silver.
Looks great, I'll be following!

 I wish you would Stop pulling my automotive heart strings .You made me miss my good old Riv.all over again . Mine was Bronze with a Chocolate vinyl top and a fawn leather interior .Whatta car ! O.C.G. Plus I had the Borrani Wire wheels and four wheel disc brake upgrade as well .
