61 Dodge Seneca

A nice Modelhaus resin. The only issue I had (aside from me loosing both pieces glass...grrrr) was the chassis. Terrible fit generally which meant I had to drill new axel holes all round so it sits right.

That is a beautiful model of a genuinely ugly 1:1

Like beauty, ugly is also in the eye of the beholder.  I love the early 60s Dodges, and that is a great build of a gorgeous car.  Looks like you managed to get the interior tub to fit well.  Are those plain wheels and hub caps in the kit?  They are the finishing touch.

Cheers

That is a stunning finish, and over a resin surface to boot.....very impressive!    If anyone ever refers to the 61 Dodge as weird or ugly, just refer them to the 61 Plymouth!

Very nice job Arcturus!

I personally love the look of the '61 Dodge.

The Senaca sedan may not be the best vehicle to show off the styling of this car though. Wink

If you have ever seen one of these cars in person, you may change your opinion of them if you think they're ugly.

A gentleman in my town has a white '61 Phoenix convertible with a metallic green interior & it's an absolute joy to look at!

So much more interesting & different than veiwing your one millionth '69 Camaro in my opinion.

By the way "anderssg", I love the '61 Plymouth too! Wink
