'59 Chevrolet Biscayne 2dr Sedan
Posted by Arthur Anderson on Monday, February 12, 2018 2:47 PM

I mastered this resin transkit (to fit the Monogram '59 Impala kits) at All American Models, back in 1994-95, using the real Biscayne 4dr sedan in my driveway.  It's painted the same color, "Saphire Blue Poly" a metallic color used by Chevrolet in '59.  The interior is all Biscayne as well, even removed the IMPALA nameplate from the passenger side of the dash, replaced that with the CHEVROLET nameplate that I cut from an AMT '59 El Camino.

I have that same body, but I did it in a Tan color.   Still not finished with the frame, but I'll get to it again.

Most of my money goes for bow-ties, bikes and babes.  The rest I just waste.
