I NEED YOUR HELP - DIORAMAS
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 4:16 AM
I am new to this chat and I would like to get some modeling building info on Dioramas. Has anyone built an auto garage diorama in 1:24 scale and how much detail did you add? I would like to see your auto dioramas to get some ideas. Can you post picture or can you emailed them to me at rob_layton@hotmail.com I am big into detail, more details and realism the better. Can you tell me where can I find hand tools, power & air tools, lifts, machinery, office furniture, etc in 1:24 scale?... I want to do a Ferrari garage and anyone can help me with finding the items I need I would appreciate it. Big Smile

I want to be a race car passenger: just a guy who bugs the driver. "Say man, can I turn on the radio? You should slow down. Why do we gotta keep going in circles? Can I put my feet out the window? Man, you really like Tide..." http://public.fotki.com/BigPoppa/darins_stuff-1/

I must say that scalemodelingbychris.com has the best deal out there. They have just about everything one would need to make that perfect set-up. I've been building a 1/18 dio for about 2 months and just keep adding things to it. Give them a try.

GMP has a couple of accessory sets that would work great with any diorama. I found a few on ebay recently and that was the first time I saw them.
