Highly modified LS kit. Cut and posed (scratch built) fowler flaps, air brakes, access panels, and more. The cockpit, decals, base, equipment, and figures were after-market and modified to fit the diorama.

Comments / reviews are encouraged, and thanks for looking!

Wow, that is one beautiful model/diorama.  I love the WartHog,.  A good friend of mine, who is also USAF retired, used to work the weapons system on these.  Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!

Thanks everyone! I too am a huge fan of the A-10 and still have it in 1/48, and 1/32 scale still to build. I have been collecting 1:18 aircraft for several years and was hoping to get an A-10 in scale, but that evidently will not happen. Some day I may get some drawings and build one in 18th scale from scratch....

Thanks again for the kind words....

Really good diorama, weathering, and detailing, Ben.  She sure is one ugly plane, but I've read how effective they are with that nose cannon etc.  Cheers.
