'59 Coronordo Boat
Posted by Tiburon on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 5:55 PM

I ordered one as a thought for my '57 Del Rio Wagon. The Wagon will be tricked will the boat! But, that said, I'm looking/asking for ideas and opinions. Got any? Thanks, Tiburon

Ok Shark , er Tiburon ;

 Are you ready ? Don't spend money on it .This is the first time I've come flat out against ANY Lindberg kit .This is the deal breaker . The wondshield is to large .The whole cockpit is to far forward and the bow deck isn't long enough anyway .

   The Hull Goes together like the Lindberg Air Force Rescue boat .There the similarity ends .  The parts are so crude I had to make liberal use of heavy Sprueglu for filler .

 The Bottom is to rounded for a Century and the bow is to blunt in the stem area .The chrome goodies are gross and not to 1/25 scale .I have a 1/12 boat ( R.C.) which has a smaller Windshield and it's the same class of boat. Buy a REVELL Bass Boat , either the single or dual console model and you will find it a better model to build . O.C.G
