Posted by dodgeon24s on Thursday, August 12, 2004 1:09 PM
my 92 flareside project
interior
custom interior. have no interior hub with seats or dash or anything. flames on door panels, behind where the seats will go and flames on the headliner
exterior
off-roading lights on the roof, removed the normal headlights from the front grill and in the process of smoothing the putty out so there are no lights there at all...took headlights from 39 chevy coupe lowrider and put those on the hood of the flareside, took lights from the bumper of the honda civic and have those sitting in the bumper.
chassis
97 corvette chassis. kept the engine intact and i am using the vette engine with this flareside
bed
has no bed but used styrene to smooth out the back of the vette chassis
wheels
used extra set of wheels from honda civic 2n1 painted white
paint and other
custom changing paint (if you want to know how to make this tell me)

how i have the flareside sitting now its about 3/16" off the ground (talk about a lowrider) if you have any questions go ahead and ask. will try to get pics up in a while.
