Brian, are you sure you didn't just go down to the Detroiter and shoot a few photos of someone's truck?  That looks awesome!  Very clean build, I love the fuel stain on the tank, the crusty rust on the exhaust and junction where the pipes fit together for the tilt of the cab, and how did you detail that tank behind the cab to look so real?

 

What kit is this with the Continental tires, not an AMT is it?

I use a lot of chalks to simulate dirt and rust. There are probably better ways, but that seems to be easiest for me. The fuel stain was made by "The Detailer Black-it-Out."

The chassis began with the AMT KW K123. I shortened the wheelbase. The wheels and tires are from Scenes Unlimited.
