Hello my friends! This is my last completed model.

The entire bodywork is painting itself. I have not used any decal

Wow.  Not my style, but I do appreciate your imagination and superb painting skills.  The engine detailing is incredible.  Great model.  Cheers

As a retired custom painter I can really appreciate the work you've done, especially your water drops. They aren't easy to get looking that real/perfect in full size, much less 1/25th scale. Maybe some day you can do a "how to" article.

Beautiful work! I'm getting to grips with my airbrush and I love Lowrider paint jobs. This is superb. I can appreciate the time spent masking and layering up the paint.

The water drops are excellent and the pattern symmetry is bang-on.

engine is 1st class, too.

If it ain't fun, don't do it.

Awesome paint work. How did you achieve the 3D paint circles and the epic colour stripes?

Thank you very much my friends

The Duke: Sorry for the delay. I was a while without accessing the forum.

The bubbles are very simple to make. I made the mask around and threw water with a simple spray. With the airbrush, very low pressure and very dusty, apply the white or other light color on one side. On the opposite side, I apply black to give light and shade.

Then just let it dry and apply varnish on top.

The stripes I made with Aizu brand tape, 0.4 and 0.7 mm

Thank you

Paintwork looks fantastic, photobucket spoils it with the fuzzy images though.

And I thought the other car was awesome. My Gosh, have you got a Miniature Painting Dude running around your bench doing this stuff? If you do, send him my way. I got a Riv he can do! P.S. It's hard to tell, but, did you change the wheels? The Photo-Bucket strip hides some things .

Saw one here in town not too long ago. Didn't have small or large wheels, but what it had were amazing. Wire like discs spinning when the car came to a stop! What caught my eye though was the Picture double of John Wayne on the trunk From the movie " Rio Lobo" and Our lady of Guadalupe on the hood. Whatta job that must've been. And they both were absolutely perfect!
