Race Card #5- Junior Johnson

Ford's worst nightmare, at least until the Hemis arrived the next year. The wild man from Ronda helped replace the stills with chicken houses in the mountains of NC. Don't really know if it was any less work but have you ever heard of the Revenue boys raiding a chicken house? Yeah, I know, they were those with the stills under them but they don't count.

Kinda Ironic this, out here in Australia we have a V8 Supercar driver called Junior Johnson, drives a Ford though!!
He’s the son of our greatest touring car driver Dick Johnson who raced a NASCAR in the states for a season in the 80s, he got well known by talking to commentators on the radio while driving, that is until Richard Petty put him into the wall and he called him some nasty things on the radio while on the air!!

Being a Ford and Mercury fan what can I say but, "just wait, the best is yet to come." Thinking about offering a picture CD with all the cards and several hundred other pics of my stuff , including the Southern 500 tribute and the covers for my articles, for around ten bucks. Whaddya think?
