This is Tamiya's 1/20 snap kit with detailed engine bay and driver froman F1 kit. I seperated the body panels, added etched fasteners and painted the driver in Texaco colors.

Thanks! The driver and helmet decals are from Tamiya's Ferrari F189 kit.

Excelent job BrianBowBowBowBow I've got this kit in my collection along with the Dureacell car and I've been putting off building them for a long time. After seeing your build, I think that it's time to pull one out and do it. I see these kits at my local hobby shop for less than $20.00, and I think that I've got the decals for the Scott Goodyear or the Robby Gorden conversion in a drawer somewere. Yeah, it's time to build a Indycar.Cool

That would be a nice collection to build all the versions you have, Douglas.

Brian,
I think you are fibbing, I have the kit of the Lola and the engine supplied doesn't even begin to look like that!!
