Junior Fuel Dragster

Some of you have, undoubtedly seen this. There may be some here, who haven't. I am pretty excited to see the light at the end of this tunnel! Chassis is Ramchargers' dragster, body is .005" aluminum flashing. Major engine components are from AMT's '66 Nova. Induction will be a scratchbuilt Enderle setup, which has never been kitted properly. I don't recall ever seeing one, ona model, anywhere, before. Questions, critiques and comments are welcome. Submitted for your approval...

Skilful and neat rail, doesn't get much better.  Looking forward to seeing the finished build.  Cheers.

Thank you, Steve. I am looking forward to that, as well! I have photos from the beginning of this project. The earliest is dated September, 2000. Yes, it's been a while!grin

Thank you! I hope to have it finished by the end if the weekend. It's getting close. I wired the #1, #3, and #5 cylinders after work this morning, but it's time to hit the hay. I had a tutorial on my old website. Alas, it's no longer online. I have put it back together as a jpg. There are a couple of similar methods, on a couple other message boards. I adopted some of their techniques, because they made for better wheels. I haven't got around to adding them to this, yet. Anyway, here's my how-to, and the dragster, with its new headers...

Just finished this one, today. Still a couple of small decals to add, but, the model is done! Questions and comments always welcome!
