I have Garlits' Swamp Ray XXX in my to be built line.  Since this car is so long what display cases do you guys use for the long wheelbase cars?  Thanks

Trumpeter Models has a 1/700 Scale Ship Display Case with the inside dimensions, Length: 19-3/4”, Width: 5-7/8”, and Height: 4-5/8”. Display cases designed for the model railroad hobby may also serve your purpose. For instance, I made a 1/25th scale model of a 220” wheelbase Super Comp digger and the replica easily fits into a standard HO scale model train display case (18” long x 5” high x 3” wide).

Check out Carney Plastics. They are nice display cases. I think they custom build some.
