Looks like she has a few laps under the belt, your dirt spatters are very realistic.  I love those HUGE rear tyres!  Cheers.

Really, really like this build!  Funny thing; I have this same kit on my workbench right now; I'm trying to figure out the best way to improve the rear frame and suspension as building those per the instructions just doesn't seem right to my eye!

Can you post a couple of more pics of the bottom of your build, and maybe the engine compartment too?  Would like to see how you put those areas together on your terrific build!

This is an AWESOME Dirt car Mark! You sure captured the Saturday Night look and feel with this build. Great Job.

Been a member since 2005. Had to reup after they made their change over in 2013

gotta love those roundy-rounds! And yes I agree, that rascal looks like it's done it's share of trips around the track!

kudos

Excellent dirt-tracker, really like the dirt splatter.  And the 65 Chevelle is my favorite all-time car bar-none; when I win the lottery that will be the first purchase I make.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!
