Starting on a  250gto.

The wheels are nice considering they are  styrene..

However the razor saw  had to be taken to  the chassis/sprue gate..

Soon had a rolling chassis.

She is going to have a steering wheel on the proper side..

Got the glorious, georgeous, sexy, hot engine part assembled.

One thing  I like about this kit is  a rubber doughnut in the transmission line- not a  great idea in  real life  though....oil and rubber etc...

7 parts to the underside.

Go Mini Man! Saw one at the Goodwood Revival in Sussex in 2012 and it made quite an impression on this Yank.

suggest a couple of bits of rod put between the roof extension and new side panels to allow rounding off. Looks good though!

Starting on the back end so it has to be braced first.

Followed by sanding the rear flat.

Then the  rear end was fitted.

decals.

Looking great so far Nige ! The nearest I have to this is a Corgi (??) c3 'Vette with a "shooting brake" conversion in 1:43rd scale .
