Hi Nigel , Happy New Year Matey ! , RE: seatbelts , the strap adjusters , (up by your collarbone) are the ones giving me trouble - I have all the correct tools & gear & no patience... - the actual clasps are beautifully done , I just need my brain to message my finger tips a little more eloquently ! At the moment its like listening to a Colour Sarge. screaming in Latin at me ! EEK ! ( Might be the Heart Meds ??) LOL

Talking of sergeants,I live near Chester which is a Roman town with parts of it going back near 2000 years......

There is a Roman centurion goes round town yelling his nut off and is followed by a bunch of little kids (escorted!) and they love it.Big Smile

I dig watching this come together.  Good stuff.  I also dig Rory Gallagher.  No one over here knows who he is.  Their loss.  I read somewhere that in an interview someone told Jimi Hendrix that he was the greatest guitarist, and his response was "No, Rory Gallagher is the greatest guitarist."  High praise indeed.

Just keep picking away at it...

Removed the other 1/4 panel.

Along with the floor for a hard hit!

Might damage the hood a bit..

The bare shell!

Some of the new panels glued on.

This kit is crude and (ex) motorised!!!

The underside is not much better!!

BUT the shell makes up for it being pretty accurate.

Here's another soft foil I am fond of...

The front end fell off!.

Handily enough I had some spares..

The rear 1/4 is off.

You get the drift.

I got some of those etched harness parts from Hiroboy . they are awfully tiny ! And some need to be folded . and then the 2mm bars need to be inserted between the .....er ... put em back in the bag & take them to a watch maker to do !!! LOL I might have a go at one later ..... maybe . Seats look perfect too !

These are very intriguing builds to watch. You are zipping along with them. I too have been doing the hot toddy thing.  ( 'toopid cold! ). I like the tractor.

Feelings are like scents: The more they are analyzed, the worse they smell.
