Burried Treasure up for grabs
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, January 8, 2006 9:48 PM
I found a 75% die cast flathead in the parts box this weekend. The tranny, which is gloss black, and the engine block, gloss green, are die cast. The only other parts on the engine are the belts, valve covers, and intake. They are all plastic. There are holes in the valve covers for spark plug wires. A very nice motor indeed. It came out of a Franklin Mint '35 or '36 Ford. Very, very high detail. I have only one, so the best valid offer I get is taken. It is a perfect base for a nice T-Bucket or Rat Rod engine. Definitely an attention getter. Contact me via e-mail. Enigine is 1:24/1:25 scale. White walls come with it. ( for real) Any other parts you need from a mid to late thirties Ford Coupe or Cabrio may be negotiable, depending on availibilty.

If you have any of these parts, you will immediately put at the top of the list.

Hood Scoop from funny car
Blower scoop from dragster
wheelie bars
Wheel tubs
Complete top fuel engine (preferably a Ford)
