Built box stock, the kit has a date of 1990 (Second Edition) Great kit to build. I've added slash cut alloy exhaust pipes.

The kit has fully working steering by the steering wheel.

The only part missing was no. 49 which helped prop open the windscreen, so I cut a small piece of chrome sprue to take it's place.

Nice build of a classic old kit. Looks cool.

Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

I've never seen that kit. Not my kinda build but sure is nifty looking.

This is the original box art from the 60's..................

And the box art on mine from the 90's..................

The Orange plastic moulding was so good I just polished it with Micro-Gloss, which is also good to get glue/scratches out of windscreens.

If what I've heard about the flash and fitment is true, You've turned a sow's ear into a silk purse. Nice build on a classic but (I hear) difficult model.

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

Another great find Patrick !

A good looking ,well proportioned "concept rod"

I really like the Gerry Anderson-ish design on this .

Hi 195X.

There was no flash or fitment problems with this kit. With no problems in the build at all.
