AMT 33 Willys Gasser 3/18 Update
Posted by Johnt on Wednesday, March 07, 2018 2:42 PM

I started on this one, I'm slowed down a little as it's missing a front wheel from an unopened kit with the chrome tree also sealed.

Started on this one. A missing front wheel is keeping me from finishing the chassis, so I'm working around it for now.

If you can't locate the one wheel you need for the front, perhaps you could find a different pair of wheels from your parts box to replace the front ones?

I think one is on the way. I have one but it mounts different and sticks out too far.

I love this kit. I'll be checking out this build.

I made a neat discovery while working on this. For an upcoming build I'n going to do a 55 Corvette gasser. I was trying to figure out how I wanted to do the suspension and stance, so I started to look go through my spare parts to see what I could do, I found this. The body is too high because of the Willys interior, but I think this will be a great start.

Plus the willys is almost done.

I somehow found a way to post this in two sections. Finished pictures are posted in the proper section on drag cars,
