I would have liked to added more engine detail but I`ve never seen the carb linkage on cross rame intake so I left well enough alone Blush .

I hope y`all like it !

Hey, Anyone. What is wrong with the AMT/ERTL that is not correct on the real General Lee? I've heard that something with the rear window was not correct?

Very cool, nice work!

Sprintcar - yes, the rear window is a flush-mounted Charger 500 style window, instead of the recessed Charger R/T style. The AMT kit also has several casting & fit issues, a questionable roll cage, incorrect decals, and some other minor inaccuracies. The Revell Charger is a much better kit.

Thanks for that spencer, I actually ended up picking an AMT General Lee on Ebay last night. I guess I can use the wheels and engine from the real duke, The 01 and confederate flag look pretty accurate to me, but I havent got the kit yet!! Now I just need the Revell kit to get started!!
