Pegasus wheels
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, March 09, 2004 2:45 PM
Hey guys,

Unfortunately being from Canada, I pretty much have to mail order everything. Can you guys tell me what the Pegasus Chrome T's scale out at for both rim size and tire size?

I'm looking for a combo of something like 18" fronts and 20" backs for a bel air project.

Some where on this forum some one talked about scale checking. But I cannot remember where it would be. Use the search feature.

the`re 19 inches, i think. pegasus also make some aluminum sleeves that these fit into that will make them 22s, i think. or something like that. i dont really worry about the scale size, just go with what looks cool.

I went to a "gentleman's club" because the sign said they had all the hottest models. I thought it was a hobby shop. Man, was I ever disappointed.

I wish I could find some chrome Ts. none of the local shops have any. They tell me they are on back order. I tried getting them from Pegasus and got the same response. They look great on early 60s cars. check out my 61 Buick in my model cars album.

for what its worth, i contacted Pegasus a while back, they said that for some reason their web site shows there out of stock but they have them in the hobby shop, you have to email them about it.

Hey street, nice collection. I was wondering about the wheels on your 65 chevelle wagon. Where did you get them and what size are they (are they stock size or larger diameter). I also agree that Chrome T's look great on the early-mid 60's cars with right stance.

PSF hobbies has Chrome T sets (19's front/23's rear) on their website in the specials section right now.
