Hey midnight, Nice job on the Superbee! I really like how you did the exhaust system. I do have a question for you, How did you paint the rear panel around the tail lights? I've tried washes, full strength paint (Testors and Tamiya) with poor results. Yours looks GREAT! Thanks!

Wow! That is one nice looking car that just came out of the restoration shop.

Beautiful!

Thanks guys. I built this car 27 years ago lol. If my memory serves me I used a fine brush and flowed thinned Testors flat black around the lenses and brushed it full strength in the center then used a littl thinner on a qtip and lightly wiped the black off the letters.

Cool concept. The redlines really make the look.

That's and build. How did you get the exhaust to look that way?

Thanks. I used aluminum paint for the exhaust and Molotow Chrome Pen on the tips.

Looks great, Prowler! Paint and decals look good. Its funny how a little fresh paint can really restore and older build and is very rewarding in the process! Nice work! Cool Thumbs Up
