First off, really nice build! The car looks great and I'm not usually into any of the "new" cars of today. You've done a really bang up job with the color. It's beautiful. I'd like to ask you about your choice of using floor wax versus clear coating the car. Is this something you always do, or was it something special for this build? If you do it regularly, have you found it to be easier to do, or does it offer a real advantage to clear coating, or what is your reasoning behind it? Regardless of the reason, it quite obviously worked here, for sure. Again, really nice build.

Steve

On the bench - Right now, a mess.

That is spectacular looking. May I ask, why don't you use the floor coating over black?

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

On the bench... somewhere. Pink Panther show car, 1978 Dodge Magnum Charger Daytona Midnight edition SE 300. Mongrel T.

Looks great Big e! I may try that method at some point. I think I may use clear lacquer over the acrylic since I'm not going to buy in bulk. Any issues that you see? Nice work on your Mustang! CoolThumbs Up

If you cannot have a good time, what kinda time can you have? JR

Next on the bench:  Another 1970 Hemi 'Cuda, 1958 Chevy Impala, 1987 Buick GNX, 1950 Chevy Pick-up, Indy Reynard, 1965 Corvette, probably not in this order.
