I built this 1941 Chevy pickup from a Revell kit. The wheels and whitewalls are from my parts stash. I tried to match the dark red flat paint shown on the kit box using acrylics, with a lot of matte medium. The parts that have decals were given a light airbrushing of Vallejo Flat Varnish. The black is Alclad, with a coat of Testor's Clear Wet Look One Coat Lacquer. The bed area was upgraded with Bare-Metal foil and stripwood. The kit's suspension is so flimsy that I had to take off the rear bumper. I just couldn't get it to sit straight.
What can I say? That's Slammin' !
I have been following your work since your first post. Each build is nicer than the previous one. You should be proud of the skills that you have acquired Nice truck
