Hello. Basically new to car modeling, other than some I have done in HO scale, and one 1/35 British WWII staff car.

My last actual model car building was way back in the 60's/early 70's.

I am now venturing into collecting a few diecast models, and want to build a few car models. Primary interest is the late 40's through the early 60's. My 1st kit is on it's way, a '63 Galaxie. I owned one in 1970, want to recreate it.

Looking forward to learning it all, all over again.

Welcome to the forum, Jim. It's a good place to get back into the hobby. The '63 Ford is a pretty straight forward kit, a good one to get started with. It's an old tool, so hopefully not too much flash. Cheers.
