Depends on whether you wan to build it and how hard up you are for money.

If they were mine, I would build them. But, if you want to sell them, they're worth some money. Depending on the condition, the Tempest is worth well over a hundred / hundred fifty dollars.

If it's in absolute pristine condition.....maybe.

A good builder can be had for well under $100.00.

I bought mine for less than $30.00.

Hello,  The AMT 'Tempest' kit only as a convertible (#5614 - 150).

The 1964 GTO (original AMT kit Tempest 'GTO') # 5624 - 150  (the original price 1.50) only as a Hardtop.  Red car on the boxtop (yellow/gray background colors).

If you kit is a hardtop, it's the GTO. If unbuilt and in mint condition = $$$$$$$$.

Even if built or partial built,  = $$$$$$$$.

If you send me a Personal Message with the other kit numbers and description, I will be glad to verify the approximate values in the Kit Price directory and you can also verify prices on the auction site.

You may want to build the kits and then they are worth more to you for the enjoyment of building again.

That is a once in a lifetime find. If i found them i would build them. I do not care if i was too poor to pay attention, i would build them. Savor the moment. Look at the box art. Research the kits. Google  pics of the real ones. Get some ideas. Take your time. But you could post pics of the kits here for those of us who are not fortunate enough to make this find. Enjoy them , you only get one go around.

I am Shocked .

Why ? Well I have a bad habit . If I didn't get to build it way back when I build it now . I have maybe a hundred old AMT , 3in 1 kits , all ones I haven't built yet . This isn't one of them though .

I am crazy enough to trade a quarter of the whole thing for three cars though .The Johan 63/64 Rambler American 2 dr H.T , The Ford LEVA car and the Johan 1962 / 63 Valiant Signet 2dr.H.T. All unbuilt and pristine .

Why ? Well , except the LEVA car  , I had them in real life sized great little simple cars , Easy to repair , drive and just enjoy. Besides , as   "Economy Cars " they looked good too . Nice proportions and simple lines .     OldCarGuy
