Hi There!

New here but not new to the hobby. Have been building model cars since the 50s. I was a lucky teenager. My after school job was working in a hobby shop. Even after i started my career as an electrician, I still worked during busy times at the hobby shop. About 17 years ago, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, but kept modeling. Sadly, I had to give it up 5 years ago. it became to difficult to hold on to and assemble  the model parts. I still have a large collection of built models, a large collection of unbuilt kits and a large collection of Scale Auto & Car Modler mags. I am pushing 70 years now and still love model cars. I also have 5  1:1 hot rods.

Welcome to the forum greywolf. Very sorry to hear of health issues keeping you from building. Are you not able to build at all, even to a lesser standard? In any event, enjoy the forum, enter in discussions, and provide tips and advice where you can. Cheers.

Would be happy to help anybody I can. Even if the hands don't work so good anymore, he brain still works and can remember a lot of stuff that worked and even more that didn't!
